Commissioned Portraits

Portraits are drawn live in front of an audience on Saturday and Sunday mornings. My loose charcoal design styles are one of a kind.  I work meticulously to make timeless works of art of the people (and pets) that are most important to you. Give a gift that is a work of art (literally) and 100% hand-drawn.

1. Selected portrait type. Charcoal drawing or painted portrait.
2. Select date for picture to be drawn. (Saturday & Sunday options only)
3. Pay $75non-refundable deposit (credit towards portrait)
4. Once service is booked, you will receive a link to upload 1-5 photos. This must be done within 48 hrs of receiving confirmation email. I’ll help you select the right photo for best results.
5. After photo is confirmed, the remaining balance must be paid within 24hrs after photo confirmation.
6. Tune in on drawing date to see live footage of portrait being drawn.
7. Portrait will be shipped 1 week after drawing date.

1. All portraits are large 24x36 in size. Painting are on canvas, drawing are done on paper and are framed.
2. All portraits will have black or white background. This compliments my drawing style and brand.

3. Portraits can only contain 1 subject. (More subjects can not be include; no exceptions)

Charcoal drawings can be loose or they can be rendered to a high degree of realism.  My style of drawing is loose charcoal drawing so choosing the right photo is important for a beautiful aesthetic.

Paintings can be very complicated depending on which photo you provide. See photo recommendation's and  requirements below

The right photo:

1. 1 subject piece in photo
2. High quality/clear face
3. High contrast 
4. Photo should be chest and above for best quality for adult. Baby photos could possibly be entire body. I will help you decide during photo approval process.
5. Ideally, no parts of the body should be cut off except lower half of adult body.

I like to engage my followers with my creative process. I will sketch out the portrait prior to the live session and complete majority of the drawing during the live session. Sessions will be held on your selected date between the hrs of 8am - 11am. Time confirmation will be sent out 24 hrs prior to drawing date. If you would not like the session to be live please notify 24 hrs before drawing date.
